Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives is looking for the services of qualified and self-motivated professional for the position of “Communication Strategist” at Islamabad.

Qualification & Experience:
- Sixteen (16) years of education or equivalent preferably in Mass Communication, Media Studies, International Relations, Anthropology. Social Sciences, Information Technology, Public Policy, from HEC recognized university.
- Minimum 07 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated media strategies across various platforms (traditional media, social media, digital platforms) to enhance the Ministry’s public image and effectively communicate its key messages to target audiences.
- Collaborate with the communication and strategic development teams to develop and implement long-term strategic communication plans for public campaigns, initiatives, and policy announcements.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and analysis, including demographics, media consumption habits, and social media trends, to inform media strategies and maximize audience engagement.
- Analyze data and trends to create targeted media plans that resonate with specific audience segments and achieve communication objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of media campaigns. including media buying, content placement, and performance tracking
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of media campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to optimize reach and impact.
- Stay abreast of emerging media trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the Ministry’s media strategies remain innovative and effective.
