The National Commission on the Rights of Child (NCRC) is an independent statutory body established by the Government of Pakistan for the promotion, protection, and fulfilment of children’s rights in Pakistan.
The National Commission on the Rights of Child is looking for the services of exceptionally sound and self-motivated professional for the position of “Assistant Director (Admin & Finance)” at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position: Assistant Director (Admin & Finance)

Qualification and Experience:
- Education: : Masters’ Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or MBA, MPA or LL. B with 2nd Division from the HEC recognized University
- Experience: No Experience Required
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative and financial operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, payroll, procurement, and expenditure control.
- Prepare amendments in recruitment and financial rules, if any.
- Conduct training of the officials/officers of the NCRC.
- Ensure logistic and physical arrangements of the various activities/programs.
- Maintain records, coordinate audits, and support policy implementation.
- Supervise office administration, staff affairs, and resource allocation.
- Act as drawing and disbursing officer (D.D.O).
- Prepare annual budget and responsible to maintain child rights fund.
- Procurement Rules compliance.
- Coordination with vendors.
- Progress reporting, drafting of minutes, talking points.
- Any other task assigned by the Secretary or Chairperson of the Commission.
