Position Title: Senior Manager Bano Qabil
Location: Lahore
Qualification and Experience:
- 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Master’s or Equivalent
- 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 05 Years of Relevant Experience
Job Responsibilities:
- To oversee the design, administration and evaluation of aptitude test.
- To lead the recruitment process for qualified faculty across various courses.
- To ensure that academic programs meet institutional standards and objectives.
- To analyze campus resources to determine optimal student intake and batch sizes.
- To organize career development programs and workshops to prepare students for employment.
