NADRA is inviting applications, from energetic and self-driven individuals who are ready to contribute actively to the organization, for the position of Deputy Director – IT Procurement on merit basis.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Deputy Director – IT Procurement

Employment Status: Contract
Age: 44 years
Location: Islamabad
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s (4 years) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent in related field.
- Masters in Computer Science / MBA will be an added advantage.
- Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC.
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in Procurement with at least 8 years in IT Procurement at a well reputed organization.
Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to undertake large-scale, diversified and technology-oriented procurement assignments.
- Proven experience of contract drafting, negotiation and vendor management, especially in Government Departments.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks and compliance issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High accuracy in collecting and analyzing data for documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with procurement of IT software/hardware and technologies.
Terms & Conditions:
- Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
- Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
- 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
- Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.
- Females, Minority, Transgenders and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
