Innovative Biscuits (Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring “Territory Sales Manager” at Sialkot and Lala Musa to manage assigned territory by handling distributers and achieve assigned targets by implementing sales strategy.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Sialkot and Lala Musa
Qualification:
- MBA/BBA (Marketing/Sales)
Experience:
- Up to 4 years experience
- Food / FMCG Industry
Job Responsibilities:
- To focus on productivity, drop size, SKU’s per bill and given KPI’s according to define targets.
- To ensure achievements of company’s monthly and annual budget numbers (volume target).
- To have a complete scan of outlets and proper sectional build up in defined belt/territory
- To ensure consumption of stock before expiring
- To ensure the implementation of trade & brand plans in the assigned market
- To ensure timely raise of distributors’ claim
