Currently Beaconhouse Group is looking for a skilled and qualified professional for the position of Senior Officer Rewards at Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Department: Human Resources Department
Location: Lahore

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s in Human Resource Management or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Attention to detail and data accuracy 
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Responsibilities

Medical Insurance Management 

  • Maintain and update employee medical insurance data, including additions, deletions, eligibility checks, and processing insurance requests for employees and their family members.
  • Ensure accurate data submission and timely updates in the insurance system.
  • Coordinate with employees and insurance providers regarding routine queries, policy clarifications, endorsements, claim submission, card issuance, and claim tracking.
  • Prepare periodic reports on claims, utilization, exceptions, and cost trends.
  • Highlight issues or unusual patterns to the Manager/GM for review.
  • Support policy implementation by ensuring correct application of medical insurance rules, maintaining documentation, preparing communication material, and assisting with employee awareness.

Rewards Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain reward dashboards and reports including increments, adjustments, cost impact, and utilization.
  • Conduct analysis on salary trends, distribution, and band positioning.
  • Support market benchmarking exercises and provide analytical insights.
  • Generate periodic reports to support management decision-making.
  • Highlight trends, risks, and improvement areas in rewards practices.

 HR Data Management & System Support 

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee data in HR systems (e.g., BEAMS).
  • Perform validations, reconciliations, and data audits for rewards-related information.
  • Coordinate with IT for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Support automation and standardization of HR processes.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by HR Management as required by business needs
