Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with proven record in achieving targets and leading teams
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop sales teams
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Job Description:
- Supervise and manage store’s sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and uphold brand’s service standards
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Maintain store’s appearance, ensure brand guidelines and implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Ensure a safe, secure, and productive work environment for all staff members
- Monitor performance, provide training and development opportunities, and foster a positive team culture
