We are currently seeking the services of a qualified and skilled professional for the role of “Senior Project Manager” at Lahore.

Age Limit: 18 – 50
Qualification:
- 16 years of Education in Business Studies /Development Studies /Finance/HR/ Development Studies /Engineering /Applied science /Pure Sciences / Social Sciences ,Foreign Qualified and Higher degree holders will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in project management, development projects, or plan and design and monitoring of public sector programs.
- Experience in Project Management and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in managing field teams and administrative processes
- Financial management
- Communication with stakeholders

- Coordination with Finance, HR , Procurement & Communication Department of The Urban Unit
Job Description:
- Coordinate with Junior engineers and BOP project teams to ensure effective execution of field and project activities related to the project.
- Facilitate administrative and financial processes, including verification and coordination of invoices
- Facilitate Travel of senior’s team
- Attendance Management of Junior Engineers for timely salary disbursement of Salaried consultants’ payments.
- Collect, review, and supervise periodic progress reports submitted by project staff and verify
- Arrange project travel and transport
- Monitor Engineer daily progress
- 100% verify all online visit submissions by Junior Engr
- Procurement of Good and Services
- Prepare Daily Progress Report of Field Activities as per targets
- Ensure all Engr and Field Staff Wear the required Gadgets
- Monthly and Quarterly & Final reports
