Fauji Foundation is hiring a qualified and experienced Manager IT/ MIS at Fauji Foundation Hospital Rawalpindi.

Position Title: Manager IT/ MIS
Location: Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full Time – Regular
Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
Qualification:
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Masters in Computer Science
Experience Required:
- 07 years of experience in Management and Implementation of Health Care ERP or Hospital Management Information System (HIMS)
Job Responsibilities:
- Administration and management of entire IT & MIS function in the hospital.
- Implementation & configuration of hospital ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system “Medix”, running on 450+ computers in different departments of the hospital.
- Organize a centralized database to facilitate effective and efficient MIS functions throughout the Hospital.
- Implementation of MIS to facilitate timely and accurate flow of information within and between different departments.
- Support and monitoring of hospital ERP (Medix system) round the clock.
- Recording software problems experienced by users and notify these problems to software development team (Medix Deptt FFHO).
- Keep database updated at all times.
- Monitor and Update of hospital website with latest information.
- Measuring the computer literacy of users in various departments, devising training programs, providing vigorous training and monitoring & supervising the training program.
- Make sure adequate backups are done properly and regularly.
- Supervise activities of MIS staff
- Acceptance of developed software, partial or total deliveries, making sure that modules are delivered on time, and informing the management about any obstacle faced.
- Determine hardware and software requirements to support database and MIS.
- IT Department budgeting.
- Formulation of IT department Standing Operating Procedures.
- Any other job assigned by the hospital management.
