Position Title: Assistant Learning & People Development Manager
Location: Lahore
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in HR Management or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- Conducts the training needs assessment for the hotel and identifies gaps.
- Presents the LNA findings to the hotel management and the corporate office.
- Prepare monthly training reports for the property and corporate office.
- Establish and maintain a robust framework for measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives. Utilize data analytics to assess the impact on employee performance, retention, and overall organizational success. Regularly analyze metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
