HUM Network is hiring a Executive – Sales & Marketing at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Executive – Sales & Marketing
Location: Islamabad
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 0 – 1 Year
Key Competencies:
- Strong interest in media, advertising, and brand partnerships.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn across multiple functions.
- Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and business reporting concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in advertising sales initiatives and identification of new business opportunities.
- Support relationships with key advertisers, brands, and media buying houses for TV campaigns across HUM Network.
- Coordinate execution of on-screen, on-ground, and sponsor-led campaigns.
- Liaise with Programming Department to align commercial placements, sponsorships, and content.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, including advertising trends and spend patterns.
- Prepare regular reports on viewership, airtime utilization, and sales performance.
- Assist in media partnerships and sponsorship integrations for major HUM properties and events.
- Coordinate with vendors for client activations, branding materials, and giveaways.
- Provide cross-functional support across Sales, Marketing, Programming, and Events teams.
