Job Description:
The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program is a fast-track initiative designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders and managers within our restaurant business. This intensive, 12-18 month rotational program provides hands-on exposure to critical restaurant functions, including core Operations Front of House/Back of House and key Support Departments HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
The MTO will be tasked with specific projects, daily functional responsibilities, and performance goals in each rotation, culminating in a final placement based on performance and business needs.
