Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) is an authorized body incorporated to establish and promote environment friendly urban regeneration projects on vertical principles. The Development has been categorized in five districts namely, Commercial Zone, Digital District, Residential District, Entertainment and Government Zone, each district having unique characteristics & dynamics, connected through urban green infrastructure developed by renowned international architects.

Job Description:
The Executive Human Resource plays a key role in supporting the HR department by assisting in various human resources functions. This position is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration
- 4 years relevant experience in similar field and industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and participating in the selection process.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with HR Director to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
- Contribute to the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Age relaxation of up to five (05) years; in upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
- Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
