- BBA/B.COM
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Key Accountabilities:
- Actively promote mall retail spaces to prospective brands and retailers
- Conduct site visits and present leasing options in a professional and persuasive manner
- Build and maintain relationships with fashion, lifestyle, food, and retail brands
- Stay updated on market trends, new brands, and consumer preferences
- Support lease negotiations and coordination until deal closure
- Represent the mall brand with confidence and professionalism
- Provide timely and professional communication with potential and existing tenants.
- Maintain and update leasing databases, including tracking of leads, prospects, and tenant information.
- Ensure that all necessary documents and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
- Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms and assist in resolving issues related to leasehold improvements and space occupancy.
- Liaison with all stakeholders to ensure a hassle-free onboarding and offboarding experience for tenants
