Details are as follows:
Position Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Lahore
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years in a project management.
- Strong ability to work with numbers and data to create meaningful reports (proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and management.
- Experience with project management software (like ClickUp) is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience working in a technology, software, or IT services organization
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation
- Experience developing employer branding or corporate culture content
Core Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for project updates, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Reporting & Analysis:
Compile weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports and carry out various forms of analysis. - Data Management:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, risk logs, and meeting minutes. - Process Improvement: Use your analytical skills to suggest ways we can streamline our workflows and improve project efficiency.
