Required Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health or a related field
- 10-12+ years of progressive experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or academic medical institutions.
Skills:
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale healthcare projects, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to drive data-informed
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short and long-term business strategies for healthcare projects at the University of Lahore.
- Identify growth opportunities, service offerings, and healthcare ventures aligned with the institution’s vision, and oversee the planning, launch, and expansion of new initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modelling for proposed healthcare projects.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare stakeholders and regulatory authorities to strengthen collaboration and expand institutional outreach.
- Ensure all projects comply with healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, cost management, and pricing strategies to ensure sustainable operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, hospital management, and external partners, and represent the institution in forums and stakeholder engagements related to healthcare business development.
- Provide senior management with performance analytics, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making.
