BCL is looking for a dynamic and qualified professional for the position of Sales Officer at Lahore to sales support and back-office support for the sales team.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Sales Officer
Locations: Lahore
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate.
- 01 to 03 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements:
- Basic Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in business statistics.
- Ability to operate effectively at all levels within the Regional Team
- Relationship building and ability to deal with the dealers network effectively.
- Cross-functional relationship building for smooth sales support operations.
- Compliant with HSE policy.
Job Description:
- Daily Booking Preparation in ERP System.
- Responsible for preparation of weekly Credit booking.
- Provide complete Pending Balances Report to the sales team on daily basis.
- Responsible for change of Rates of Project & Institutional Customers in ERP system.
- Coordination with the Dispatch in charge for providing hassle-free services for Dealer’s dispatch.
- Deals with all queries of Customers / Dealers related to ledgers to furnish proper & prompt services.
- Deals with Banks for any sort of queries regarding book slips.
- Issuance of codes for new customers.
- Provide Booking Summary to sales team on daily basis, after completion of booking in ERP.
