Position Title: People Success Executive
Location: Lahore
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR, Talent Management, or a related field.
- Team management experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (ability to work on large datasets).
- Ability to manage and support a large team with diverse needs.
- Flexibility with working hours to meet team and organizational requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
- Talent Development: Work with department heads to identify training needs and create impactful development programs.
- Team Management: Lead and support a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance support.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, BD, and other teams to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluations, goal-setting processes, and continuous feedback cycles.
- Culture Building: Promote a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion.
