The City School is looking to fill position of Customer Service Representative at the Head Office, Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Business Studies or relevant field)
- 1-2 years of experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering the inbound calls landing on UAN.
- Making outbound calls for different tasks, e.g. withdrawals, follow up calls, drop call backs etc.
- Generating tickets for the relevant assignees for resolutions.
- Follow up of those tickets which are pending for the resolution on assignee’s end.
- Maintaining their own KPIs e.g. Quality, AHT, Quiz score, CSAT etc.
