BCL is looking for a dynamic and qualified professional for the position of Assistant Manager HR Analytics at Islamabad to provide data-driven insights and analytical support to enhance HR operational efficiency, optimize workforce processes, and enable strategic decision-making. The role focuses on designing, maintaining, and improving HR data systems, dashboards, and reports that measure HR performance, compliance, and workforce effectiveness.

Position Title: Assistant Manager HR Analytics
Location: Islamabad
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors / Masters HR
- 02 to 04 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements:
- Proficient in advanced data management and visualization tools, with strong command of Excel and familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems.
- Possesses a solid understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrates analytical thinking, accuracy, and process improvement orientation, complemented by effective communication, confidentiality, and collaboration skills.
Job Description:
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports covering all companies and categories (employees, trainees/apprentices, MTOs, and daily wagers).
- Maintain and manage organizational headcounts across all business units.
- Monitor vacant and onboard staff headcounts, ensuring that approved positions are available prior to any transfer or deployment.
- Prepare and maintain HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR Department.
- Compile and present monthly reports for management review and decision-making.
- Coordinate with all HR functions for data collection, validation, and consolidation of information.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly analytical reviews of HR activities to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Prepare and submit statistical HR data for all work locations as required.
- Circulate and share monthly HR reports with Head Office and Plant HR teams.
- Support the yearly preparation of manpower data for internal and external audits.
