Jazz is currently hiring a Expert PMO Marketing – Mat Cover based in Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Expert PMO Marketing – Mat Cover
Location: Islamabad
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Additional certifications in Project Management, Office Administration, or Digital Tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.) would be an advantage
- Strong calendar management skills – scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments
- Experience with meeting coordination – agenda prep, minutes of meeting, follow-ups
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to tasks
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing various marketing and digital projects and products on a monthly basis.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing and digital initiatives.
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Marketing, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and coordination of external and internal meetings.
- Preparing and maintaining reports, presentations, and documentation for marketing activities and executive reviews.
- Handling correspondence, drafting emails, and ensuring timely communication on behalf of the Head of Marketing
- Managing expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for the department.
- Acting as a liaison between the Head of Marketing and internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and exercising discretion in handling executive matters.
- Supporting overall team operations with organizational and administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
