Required Qualification & Experience:
- BS / MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field
- 5 – 8 years’ hands-on software development & project management experience
Skills / Competencies:
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, etc.).
- Experience with system integration & large-scale application development.
- Strong team leadership & Agile methodology knowledge.
- Problem-solving & innovation mindset.
Job Expectation:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions.
- Build, test, and optimize applications using Next.js and Node.js.
- Develop and maintain APIs and ensure seamless hardware integration with software platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
