Responsibilities:
- Making Outbound Calls to customers.
- Deliver the assigned product/service related information.
- Processing of financial/non-financial transactions.
- Target achieve through assigned portfolio.
- Follow assigned product/service calling scripts.
- To maintain the Calling Ratio as per the required target.
- Personal/Professional Grooming for the new joiners.
- Resolve sales discrepancy.
- To make calls as per QA standard.
