Samba Bank is looking for a Assistant Manager – HR Operations in Karachi.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Assistant Manager – HR Operations
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Location: Karachi
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors (preferably in HRM)
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
- Knowledge and Experience of Harmony System
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge and experience of Islamic Banking
Key Responsibilities:
- Adding, updating, and maintaining employee records in HR System
- Managing staff attendance and leave record
- Generating attendance and leave reports for Management
- Preparing and maintaining HR dashboards (head count, leaves, absenteeism)
- Perform employee background verification (education, employment history, reference check)
- Ensuring employee data in Harmony is accurate and updated
