We are currently seeking a Training Manager for our Lahore team. This role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency while contributing to the success of one of Pakistan’s most dynamic food brands.

Qualification:
- MBA/BBA
- Courses in related field
Experience:
- 05 years teaching experience 02 years in leadership
- Train the Trainer Course.
Job Responsibilities:
- Experienced at designing training programs tailored to the needs of the organization and employees at work.
- Should have the ability to create training curriculum and materials such as presentations, manuals, videos and online courses that effectively deliver the desired learning outcomes.
- Capable to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Role demands extensive travelling.
- Flexible to work in any shift.
- Keen to work in restaurant operations.
