Age: Maximum 25 years as of deadline for application submission.
Location: Islamabad
Domicile Quota: Merit
Internship Duration: 6 Months (Paid Internship)
Qualification:
- Fresh Graduates with 16 Years of education B.A (English), BS Computer Science/IT, BBA, Mass Communication, Development Studies related discipline from HEC recognized institution
- No experience required.
Job Description:
- To handle and operate Pakistan Railways Call Center CRM.
- To Develop and present the daily report through CRM.
- To Handle and Address Customers Information Queries Related with Train Operations.
- Provide support for official events, meetings, and conferences.
- Enhance office operations through process improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
