The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and dedicated professionals for the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Chief Minister Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Program. The PMU will support PHEC’s HRD Department in the implementation, coordination, fund management, and monitoring of the program. Applications are welcomed from eligible candidates holding domicile of Punjab for the position of “Graphic Designer“ purely on Project Base.

Qualification:
- At least 16 years of education degree in Graphics Design, Digital Media or related discipline, from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the HEC.
Experience:
- Minimum of 03 years of professional experience in graphic design or related roles.
- Experience in designing content related to higher education, scholarships or government initiatives is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Job Description:
- Be overall responsible for development / design of appropriate content for Honhaar scholarship program.
- Design program-related promotional and informational materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all media.
- Work in close coordination with the HRD department for the design and development of logos, web pages, Honhaar material (infographics, posters, leaflets, brochure, factsheets), visuals for social media campaigns, layout design for Honhaar reports, etc.
- Design and develop print, electronic and social media campaigns presenting finalized ideas and concepts
- Support the Operations team in development of quality presentations using infographics for Honhaar reports, advertisements, standardized event ID cards, data collection instruments, training certificates etc.
- Keep record of all relevant material in hard and soft form.
- Any other task assigned by the Competent Authority.
