Details are as follows:
Position Title: Phone Banking Officer
Location: Lahore and Karachi
Grade: OG-IV/ OG-II
Job Type: Permanent
Age: Maximum of 40 years
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Bachelor’s from HEC recognized university
- OG-II (Minimum 02 Year of relevant experience)
- OG-IV/ OG-III (Fresh graduates/post graduates may also apply)
Major Responsibilities:
- Timely resolution of customer calls and complaints as per SOP.
- Exhibit a professional, polite, and customer-centric approach.
- Proficient knowledge of BOP products and services.
- Ensure compliance with information security and quality procedures.
- Demonstrate effective time management and goal-oriented behavior.
- Promptly report suspicious or fraudulent activity to the Manager/Team Leader.
- Consistently meet personal and team performance targets according to scoring metrics.
