Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority is an autonomous body of School Education Department, Government of Punjab. PEIMA invites applications from ambitious experienced, and highly motivated professionals for the position of Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) based in Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Age: 30 – 50
Salary: Starting from Rs. 392,500/- per month
Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years education in the field of Social Sciences Business, Management, Arts & Humanities from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference given to M. Phil/PhD Degree holders in above subjects.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ Post Qualification experience (in total) Including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium sized organization of Administration / Management / Monitoring/ Planning.
- Work with Government Agencies, NGOs, International and domestic donors and knowledge of education sector shall be considered as added advantages.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
- Expertise in monitoring frameworks.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Job Resposibilities:
- Develop monitoring frameworks for education programs especially for PSSP schools.
- Analyze schools’ performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards.
- Conduct field visits to assess the on-ground impact of initiatives.
- Prepare detailed monitoring and evaluation reports for stakeholders.
- Any other Task assigned by Authority.

- The appointment will be purely on contract basis for one year, extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance.
