Details are as follows:
Position Title: HR Executive
No. of Positions: 01
Employment Status: Contract
Age: 40 years
Location: Lahore
Salary: 250,000 – 300,000 (Negotiable)
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s in HRM or MBA (HR) from HEC recognized university.
- 5–7 years’ experience, preferably 3 years in a managerial role.
Job Description:
- Oversee HR operations and policy development to enhance workforce efficiency
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with TDCP’s goals
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Develop and track HR KPIs
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Foster employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Manage employee relations and grievances
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Analyze HR metrics for data-driven decisions
- Coordinate training aligned with tourism sector needs
- Liaise with project heads to optimize staffing and HR costs.
- Any other task assigned by management.
