Details are as follows:

Position: Senior Manager Corporate Sales

Location: Karachi

Age: Up to 55 Years

Required Qualification & Experience:

MBA Marketing / Sales / Master’s Degree or 16 years education in relevant field with 15 years experience.

Job Expectation:

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand the NLC’s market share.
Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients / industries.
Monitor, negotiate & finalize business proposals of customers.
Lead the regional Corporate Sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Ensure optimum and efficient employment of task vehicles dedicated for corporate business.
Oversee the pricing, costing and profitability of Corporate Logistics Services.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies and customer demands in multiple regions.
Prepare annual sales KPIs for Corporate Sales Team.
Develop and manage the annual sales budget for the corporates logistics division.
Recommend price adjustments based on market demand, fuel cost fluctuations and competitor pricing.
Responsible for P&L of Corporate Sales Segment.
Analyze and report on profitability, revenue trends and cost optimization strategies.
