Details are as follows:
Position Title: Business Growth Strategist
Location: Lahore
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of businessโdevelopment or sales experience in software/tech
- Comfortable with leadโgen tools (e.g., LinkedInโฏSalesโฏNavigator, Upwork, Apollo) and a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Able to explain technical ideas in simple words so clients and teammates understand
- Good listener, clear communicator, team player
Job Responsibilities:
- ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐: Use LinkedInโฏSalesโฏNavigator, Upwork, Apollo, and other tools to spot companies that need our help.
- ๐๐๐ถ๐น๐ฑ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ๐: Stay in touch, listen to what clients really want, and become the person they call first.
- ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐ป ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ด๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ต: Work with our team to set goals, choose the best markets, and keep us moving forward.
- ๐ก๐ฒ๐ด๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฐ๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ: Talk through budgets and timelines, agree on fair terms, and shake hands on the deal.
