Transport Planning Unit, the technical wing of Transport & Masstransit Department, seeks applications from qualified, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals for the position of “Traffic Data & Survey Expert” at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Traffic Data & Survey Expert
No. of Positions: 01
Employment Status: Contract
Monthly Salary: 120,000
Gender: Both
Age: 22 – 30
Qualification:
- B.Sc in Transportation Engineering from a recognized university with at least GPA of 3.0 or 70% marks or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 02 years’ experience in conducting traffic surveys or any kind of surveys used in transport / traffic studies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Shall have to go for onsite assessment of traffic at different junctions, and roads.
- Shall have to organize the survey team for the data collection at the selected locations under the supervision of Traffic Engineer / Senior Traffic Engineer.
- Shall have to conduct the traffic analysis over the field data collected and preparing assessment reports for the particulars.
- Shall have to go for on field assessment of the survey teams and their performance working under the engaged traffic consultant/contractor.
- Shall be able to assess the traffic data provided by the traffic consultants/contractors and prepare evaluation report.
- Shall assist the Traffic Engineer / Senior Traffic Engineer in any task assigned.
- Any other task assigned by the Director.
