Nestlé Pakistan hiring Regional Sales Manager (Nestlé Professional) at Karachi.

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager (Nestlé Professional)
Location: Karachi
Position Summary:
This role requires effective communication and integrated coordination skills with multitasking. Lead the regional Sales Operations network (i/e. direct and/or indirect) and the Field Sales team to deliver set objectives within assigned Region to ensure the implementation / delivery of the assigned objectives.
Required Qualification:
- MBA/ Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing/ Key Accounts/ B2B in a Leadership role, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- All sales functions i.e. Out of Home, Channels, Customer/ Distributors/ Sub-Distributors, Field Sales, Key Accounts etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively participate within ICP process, Develop and Execute Field Sales Strategy for the assigned Region, Implement Channel Category, Customers and Area/ Territory Plans for the Region.
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the Region
- Update and measure performances of the Field Sales organization Structure against defined KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
- Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of direct reports
