Details are as follows:
Position: Procurement Assistant
Location: Rawalpindi
Age: Up to 55 Years
Required Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / BBA (Supply Chain Management)
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience.
Job Description:
- Familiar with procurement procedures, including tendering process, preparation of bidding documents and contract management.
- Well conversant with the PPRA Rules, Incoterms and SROs etc.
- Evaluating bids and recommending the best option.
- Maintaining records manually / in computer of procurement activities and contracts.
- Proficient in Procurement of IT Equipment / Software etc.
- Following up on the payment with the Finance Department.
- Handling all kind of documentations regarding the procurement.
