The Urban Sector Planning & Management Services Unit (Urban Unit), Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab, has been developing sustainable urban solutions for cities in Pakistan since 18 years. Urban Unit is looking for the services of exceptionally sound and self-motivated professionals for the project based position of “Divisional Manager” across Punjab.
Details are as follows:
Position: Divisional Manager
No. of Positions: 10
Employment Status: Contract
Gender: Both
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 16 years of education with a degree from HEC recognized university
- The candidates having minimum 10 years of experience of managing /conducting surveys.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all census field activities across multiple districts within the assigned division; and report collective progress to the management.
- Ensure smooth execution of the census plan, adhering to established timelines and operational protocols.
- Supervise multiple districts in survey execution.
- Supervise District Managers and Supervisors, ensuring efficient team coordination and productivity.
- Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to maintain data integrity.
- Track the progress of field operations and generate performance reports at the divisional level.
- Conduct training sessions and capacity-building programs for field staff on data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Develop strategies for efficient data collection.
- Coordinate with provincial authorities.
