We are looking for the services of a dynamic, exceptionally sound and experienced professional for the position of “Assistant Manager Digital” at Islamabad.

Job Purpose:

  • The Assistant Manager Digital Media will be responsible for managing the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of all digital media campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Google, Programmatic, and other digital publishers.
  • The role requires close collaboration with digital media agencies, internal marketing and product teams, and analytics functions to ensure the campaigns meet KPIs, drive ROI, and align with brand and business objectives.
  • The job holder will also oversee budget management, digital reporting dashboards, invoicing, and performance tracking, while ensuring all media initiatives are data-driven and effectively targeted.

Qualification and Experience:

  • MBA/BBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Media Sciences preferred.
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing digital media campaigns, media buying, ad-tech tools, analytics, and digital reporting.
  • Experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok, and other DSPs is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end management of digital media campaigns including planning, buying, execution, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Drive implementation of full-funnel digital strategies to support brand campaigns, product launches, and tactical initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure synergy between messaging and channel selection.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance; generate detailed insights and reports for internal and leadership review.
  • Assist in defining digital media KPIs in alignment with business goals (e.g., CPM, CTR, CPC, CPV, ROAS, impressions, reach, etc.).
  • Supervise digital media budget utilization, ensuring optimal allocation and timely reconciliation in coordination with Finance, Procurement, and Media Buying teams.
  • Maintain billing records, campaign logs, and vendor documentation for financial transparency and audit readiness.
  • Manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and ensure budget alignment and compliance with financial protocols.
  • Work with analytics and tracking teams to ensure accurate tagging, attribution, and data collection for all live campaigns.
  • Evaluate publisher and platform performance; recommend new channels, tools, and technologies for digital innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Handle digital media contracts and NDAs with vendors in collaboration with Legal and Procurement teams.
  • Support compliance, taxation, and documentation processes related to digital media vendors and partners.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform policies to recommend proactive changes in digital media approach.
