Zong is currently hiring a qualified and experienced professional for the role of Executive Financial Planning, based in Islamabad.

Position: Executive Financial Planning (ROI)
Location: Islamabad
Department: Finance
Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to ROI approvals, post-launch business analysis for CMPak group, MNP/GA knowledge, industry information collection (products, technology, and subscribers), Zong 4G penetration targets analysis, and month-end MOAM reporting requirements.
The role will also provide support for ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
Qualification and Experience:
- CA intermediate/ CMA/ ACCA/ MBA/ BBA
- 3-4 years of relevant experience

- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of ROI and business analysis.
- Understanding of competition in technologies such as GSM, FTTH, Cloud, and emerging opportunities in wireline and wireless businesses.
- Knowledge of industrial products.
- Awareness of taxation and corporate laws in Pakistan.
- Experience with Oracle ERP preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- SQL/Teradata knowledge is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage ROI approvals and evaluate business opportunities across CMPak and LDI revenue streams.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis of approved business cases to assess profitability and effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze industry information including products, technology trends, and subscriber data.
- Analyze annual targets and contribute to monthly MOAM reporting.
- Coordinate with teams for different promo analysis and provide monthly updates on C to R ratios and FCA/4G GA penetration.
- Ensure timely updates of business case tracking and meet SLA requirements.
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
