Details are as follows:

Location: Karachi

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Master’s preferred.

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in administration, preferably within retail or fashion sectors.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management software/tools.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day administrative operations across our retail outlets, head office, and warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, manage facility services, and support the smooth functioning of all administrative tasks within a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
Key responsibilities as are as follows:

  • Oversee general administrative functions, including office management, housekeeping, security, and maintenance across all locations.
  • Ensure all stores and office facilities are operational, clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Supervise and manage vendor contracts and negotiations for utilities, repairs, supplies, and services.
  • Coordinate with IT, HR, and Finance departments for cross-functional support.
  • Handle logistics and fleet management if applicable, ensuring vehicle documentation and usage policies are followed.
  • Ensure timely procurement and distribution of office supplies and inventory to retail locations.
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety and local government regulations.
  • Manage administrative budgets, cost control, and monthly reporting.
  • Lead and manage a team of administrative staff and support personnel.
  • Provide support for company events, meetings, and special projects
