We are currently seeking the services of a highly skilled and self-driven professional for the role of Assistant Procurement at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position: Assistant Procurement
Location: Lahore
No. of Positions: 01
Employment Status: Contract
Gender: Both
Age: 18 – 40
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Administration, Sciences, Or related field.
- Experience: Minimum One (01) year of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting of various documents for All procurements related to Goods, Works and
Services. - Arranging procurement committee meetings and drafting of minutes.
- Organizing of procurement files.
- Drafting of evaluations of procurements.
- Scanning all procurement related data.
- Handle the vendor queries.
- Getting all relevant documents signed.
- Market surveys (online/on call/
- Manage and Update the Record of goods, works and services Procurement.
- Maintain the List of Vendors
- Verify the bid securities and Performance Guarantees.
- Process the release of Bid securities and Performance Guarantees on request of
Vendors. - Any other task assigned by task lead.
