Requirements and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years’ experience (preferably in a call center)
- Strong communication skills for handling high call volumes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer communications, provide product information, assist with orders and returns, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
