The University of South Asia is looking for a Director HR — a strategic, people-focused leader to oversee the entire spectrum of Human Resource Management and drive organizational excellence across all departments.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Director HR
Location: Lahore University of South Asia, Cantt Lahore
Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
Compensation: Market-competitive salary package
Qualification & Experience::
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/MS preferred).
- 8 to 10 years of proven experience in a senior HR role — preferably in academia, corporate, or large-scale institutions.
- Strong understanding of strategic HR planning, organizational development, and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance.
- Designing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with the university’s mission and growth objectives.
- Leading employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Developing leadership and professional development programs for faculty and staff.
- Managing payroll, attendance systems, and HRIS data integrity.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, institutional standards, and best HR practices.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to senior management on people-related matters and organizational structure.
- Promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
