Tim Hortons Pakistan is looking for dynamic, experienced and self-motivated professional for the position of Area Manager at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Area Manager
Location: Lahore
Qualification & Experience:
- Min. Bachelor’s from a reputable institution.
- 5+ years’ experience in multi-unit restaurant operations or retail management.
- Strong knowledge of P&L, management, compliance, and cost control.
- Proven leadership and people development skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel regularly within the region.
Job Description:
- Oversee regional restaurant operations to drive sales, profitability, and achieve KPIs.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance support to Restaurant General Managers and teams.
- Ensure compliance with brand, food safety, and operational standards through regular store visits.
- Collaborate with internal departments to roll out initiatives and improve underperforming units.
- Focus on team development, cost control, customer satisfaction, and succession planning.
