Tim Hortons Pakistan is looking for dynamic, experienced and self-motivated professional for the position of Area Manager at Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Position Title: Area Manager

Location: Lahore

Qualification & Experience:

Min. Bachelor’s from a reputable institution.
5+ years’ experience in multi-unit restaurant operations or retail management.
Strong knowledge of P&L, management, compliance, and cost control.
Proven leadership and people development skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to travel regularly within the region.

Job Description:

Oversee regional restaurant operations to drive sales, profitability, and achieve KPIs.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance support to Restaurant General Managers and teams.
Ensure compliance with brand, food safety, and operational standards through regular store visits.
Collaborate with internal departments to roll out initiatives and improve underperforming units.
Focus on team development, cost control, customer satisfaction, and succession planning.
