Style Textile is hiring for the position of Junior HRBP at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Junior HRBP
Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of work experience in talent management, organizational development or learning & development.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support teams in implementing people initiatives that attract, develop and retain talent aligned with company goals.
- Assist the HRBP and leadership in identifying challenges and implementing solutions that support business objectives.
- Coordinate and support core HR processes including performance management, goal setting and talent reviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment activities, from screening to onboarding to ensure a positive hiring experience for the new hires.
- Assist in implementing learning & development initiatives by coordinating with HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) to ensure timely participation and follow-up.
- Support employee engagement and communication initiatives to help build a motivated, connected and productive workforce across various functions.
- Gather employee feedback and share insights to enhance the overall employee experience.
