SereneAir is seeking applications from customer centric professionals for the position of “Administration Officer” at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position: Administration Officer
Job Type: Full-time

Location: Islamabad, ISB HQ
Responsibilities:
- Preparing shift-based staff duty roster.
- Maintaining departmental leave record.
- Organizing meetings with vendors.
- All building related correspondence & handling all their allied issues.
- Office filing, letter drafting & updating staff record.
- Arranging travel (OCS & Accommodation).
- Coordination of miscellaneous duties/events within the organization.
- Build PR in government offices (police, foreign office, etc.).
- Maintain PR with visa centers (KSA, China, Europe).
- Visa processing.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration (16+ years of education).
- 0 – 1 years of experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Teamwork & collaboration.
