Riphah University is currently hiring for the position of Deputy Manager/Manager HR – Learning and Development at its Islamabad campus, and invites applications from qualified and passionate individuals in the field of Human Resource.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Deputy Manager/Manager HR – Learning and Development
Location: Islamabad
Requirements:
- Master/MBA degree (local/International) in HRM background from HEC recognized institute. CHRP or other HR certifications. Exposure of SAP will be preferred.
- 5 to 6 years’ experience in HR – learning and development.
- Al Skills, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, LMS Management, Analytical Skills, Performance Metrics (Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics used to measure the impact of learning programs and Strategic thinking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning strategies that align with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Identify learning needs through comprehensive needs assessments and analysis.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and training partners (locally and international).
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and training tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Initiate new development programs at different levels.
- Ensure onboarding and orientation is carried out for new employees.
- Identifying learning programs on digital learning platforms for the employees.
- Entrepreneurial ability to develop and customize short duration programs for the market in line with the demands.
