Details are as follows:

Position Title: Sports Officer

Locations: Lahore

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Sciences, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sports management, coaching, or physical education within an educational institution.
Proven experience in organizing sports events and leading athletic programs.
Knowledge of sports rules, safety standards, and training methodologies.
Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor students, fostering a culture of sportsmanship and teamwork.

Job Description:

Plan, organize, and supervise sports events, tournaments, and intercollegiate competitions.
Develop and implement annual sports calendars and training schedules.
Promote student participation in both indoor and outdoor sports activities.
Conduct regular coaching sessions for different sports and ensure the physical fitness of students.
Identify and train talented students for institutional representation in various competitions.
Coordinate with coaches and trainers for specialized sports programs.
Oversee the maintenance and proper utilization of sports grounds, courts, gyms, and related facilities.
Ensure the availability, upkeep, and safety of sports equipment and materials.
Prepare and monitor the sports budget, including procurement of equipment and uniforms.
Coordinate institutional participation in inter-school, inter-university, and regional sports events.
Liaise with sports federations, local authorities, and other institutions for event participation and collaboration.
Organize awareness programs, fitness drives, and wellness initiatives on campus.
Maintain attendance records, performance data, and results of sports activities.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, safety standards, and disciplinary codes.
Submit periodic reports on sports achievements and overall activity performance.
