Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economics/ Social Sciences or a relevant discipline from a HEC recognized/accredited university.
Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant/ similar field.
- Experience in Program Management / Program Execution / Program Design / Curriculum Development will be preferred.
The required experience for this role requires you to have:
- Knowledge of research methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
- Excellent research and report-writing skills.
- Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills.
- Knowledge of project management: ability to design, plan, and end-to-end implementation of complex projects to their success.
- Understanding of data quality audit techniques.
- Ability to conduct a cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI regarding impact.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the designing and development of programs and feedback-gathering activities of PSDF’s training programs.
- Lead the reporting and data analysis functions of the Program Development team and prepare data visualizations and presentations from PSDF’s business data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify areas of gathering feedback and develop methodologies for end-to-end TSP engagement to improve reporting for all PSDF training programs.
- Maintain working relationships with existing and potential training providers for feedback-gathering purposes.
- Assist in the development of operational viability of programs based on feedback reporting and develop business cases for new and ongoing programs.
- Support the PD Team in the development of Program target plans based on future PSDF targets, past performance of training programs and approved operating procedures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of training need analyses/identification exercises to identify the skills training requirements w.r.t. employers / sector-focused trainings / new training interventions.
- Assist in the development of validation studies with the respective stakeholder groups (youth, industries, subject matter experts, and TSP’s) to authenticate/validate the skills gap concerns.
- Identify new opportunities for the growth and development of PSDF’s Digital Verticals.
- Participate in all initiatives related to PSDF’s digitalization process and represent PSDF in related meetings.
- Assist the onboarding of relevant consulting firms to design materials for CBT, E-learning, instructor-led, and blended-learning courses for PSDF’s Digital Verticals.
- Assist in the onboarding of instructional designers/developers to establish clear, behavioral-based, relevant learning objectives for new or updated offerings in PSDF’s Digital Verticals.
- Review and validate designs with instructional designers/developers at key development milestones.
- Assist the Manager Programs & Digital Transformation for all new initiatives and completing assignments with external consulting firms.
- Assist the Manager with Programs & Digital Transformation in any other activities, duties, and responsibilities assigned to him/her occasionally.
