Role Overview:
This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement to performance management and offboarding. It requires a proactive approach to streamline HR processes, maintain accurate employee records, and support strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management Sciences, or any relevant / similar degree from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.
The experience for this role requires you to have:
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Manage HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate records, HRIS data integrity, and compliance.
- Prepare and present HR reports on metrics, recruitment trends, and employee engagement activities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring timely reviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Collaborate with leadership on HR planning, policy updates, and continuous process improvements.
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring smooth exits and proper knowledge transfer.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timely and accurate support in recruitment and onboarding.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and HRIS.
- Assist daily HR operations and support the line manager.
- Coordinate HR meetings, documentation, and activities.
- Contribute to HR initiatives like engagement and branding.
