PMA is currently inviting applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the position of Procurement Assistant based in Lahore.

Age: 25 – 35 years
Monthly Salary: 75,000 PKR
Qualification and Experience:
- 4 years Graduation/Masters in Procurement Management / Contract Management / Business Administration / MBA Supply Chain (16 years of education from HEC recognized institute).
- At least 3 years relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support throughout the procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement documents including purchase orders, requests for quotations (RFQs), and vendor correspondence.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and logs, including tracking of purchase requests, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Communicate with vendors to gather quotations, confirm orders, and follow up on pending issues.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor files and documentation.
- Follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Coordinate with the finance team on invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and status updates for management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the management.
